Project Overview
Large-scale luxury installations require immaculate logistical coordination, endurance, and early mornings. Facing rising summer temperatures, the SP Design & Pave team initiated early 6am starts to lay an enormous continuous expanse of UV-stable golden buff resin-bound surfacing across this prestigious executive home. Fronting triple garages, modern architectural gables, and a grand floor-to-ceiling glass entrance, the project incorporates charcoal block sett perimeter kerbing, large format porcelain entrance step transitions, and flush recessed manhole access covers finished seamlessly in matching resin aggregate.
